April 1, Day 9

Made a big jug of seed mylk, really liking it. Very nourishing.

Hemp, sunflower, salba seed all soaked over night, then blended, strained with stevia.

No problems, no hunger, no fatique…. Very nice.

A few odd pimples poping up, but that is the only sign of detox.

The slower, the better. Not alot of weight loss.

20 minutes on the ski machine

I’m finding Im having a lot more energy after work and into the evening hours. However,

I am making myself get to bed around 10 or so just because I am still trying (unsuccessfully) to get up earlier to enjoy my day.
