So hard yesterday. The back aches and head aches continued into the night. Did another routine ofcolon cleanse and detox bath, but not alot of relief.
No sleep. Up all night with sick kids. Sigh...
Pain mostly gone by morning... slight head ache, but gone by afternoon.
