Up again at 5 am... (by choice) 10 minutes on rebounder but purdy stiff.. will try again tonite.
I've been experimenting with Niacin for sleep and I sure have noticed a difference waking up the days I've used it.
8 am~ warm coconut milk, cinnamon, honey, and a splosh of butterscotch flaxoil.. yummy
11 am~ 3 tsp of beepollen in warm water.
really missing the coffee today.... gonna convince myself to grunt it out... will be better tommorrow.
