So What about Chocolate?

Once a month, you and I pull a chair up to the table and try to shed some light on your most pressing natural food questions.

With all the hall decking and mistle toeing, our thoughts and our bellies turn to that confection that seems to embellish everything Christmas… CHOCOLATE.

So what about Chocolate? Are the rumors true? Could it really be good for you? Or is another story with as much substance as the Easter bunny?

With the hundreds of studies that now exist over a few decades, these claims can not be explained away as wishful thinking. It appears that properly processed chocolate officially qualifies as a “health food”
But be warned before you indulge, not all chocolate is created equal.
