So What About Whole Wheat and Multi-Grains?

So what about Whole grains?

I'm sure by now you have heard a lot about how good for you whole grains can
be. But when it comes to bread, what you see on the outside may not be what
you are getting on the inside.

A grain is considered whole when all three parts - bran, germ and endosperm
- are present. Most people know that fruits and vegetables contain
beneficial photochemicals and antioxidants , but many do not realize that
whole grains also offer a fabulous source of these key nutrients including B
vitamins, Vitamin E, magnesium , iron, proteins and fiber

Thank you for the great info. These food producers are so misleading at times.
